What is the estimated delivery time?
Most of our orders are delivered in 3-7 days. The accurate delivery time is mentioned on the respective tracking link. You will get the tracking link on the email your provided at the time of placing the order when the order is fulfilled.
How do I track my shipment?
We use some of the most reputed courier companies in India. We notify our customers via shipment confirmation email when the order is dispatched. This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
Shipping policy
All our orders with complete shipping details and serviceable pin codes are dispatched within 2 working days. However, if the address looks incomplete, the contact number is wrong or the pin code is not serviceable, the order can be delayed. If the customer is not contactable, the order shall be cancelled.
All shipments of Sanjay Jewellers is operated by a 3rd party sanjay jewellers is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company / postal authorities within 2-3 working days from the date of the order confirmation.
SANJAY JEWELLERS is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
